"Heure de pointe" une fresque éphémère signée Arthur Chazeau

"Peak hour"

"Heure de pointe" took place at 8 bd. Beaumarchais in Paris near the Bastille for a duration of about three months . An ephemeral fresco created by Arthur Chazeau during the renovation of the hotel Le Petit Beaumarchais . It translates and represents the movements of the crowd and the speed of movement. During strike periods, Parisians move in all directions and faces are lost. Everything goes very fast, we make our way without worrying about what is around us. Rush hours are a real game of TETRIS that Parisians play every day.

Erected in December, in order to install this fresco, work had to be done. First step: cleaning the facade. Indeed, the hotel was called "The Original" and still had its metal sign. It was therefore necessary to remove the sign, fill in the holes, repaint the structure... This was followed by white painting on the wooden panels to make way for the fresco.
